Selong Belanak Beach

            Selong Belanak is one of the most beautiful beaches in Lombok. It is located in Center Lombok. It takes about 2 hours from Aletheia Christian School, Ampenan to Selong Belanak.

            Selong has beautiful white sand. It has huge wave, that's why many tourists come to Selong Belanak to surf. A lot of local people open classes for surfing, which make surfing easier for the tourists. There are many small cottages that sell food and beverage. There is a famous restaurant there. It is called Laut Biru Restaurant. Many local people rent umbrella for tourists to chill. There are many activities that we can do at the beach, such as sunbathing, swimming, surfing, enjoying the view, etc. Local people still live in traditional life there. The beach will be so crowded when the holiday season comes. There are also some hills that we can see in Selong Belanak. Even though the weather is windy, but it's still hot at the afternoon. If we compare Indonesians to tourists, we can see that tourists usually enjoying the sensation. Meanwhile, Indonesians usually take a lot of pictures rather than enjoying the view of the beach.

            If you want to enjoy your holiday at the beach, especially for surfing, this place is highly recommended for you. Besides, you can also find a lot of hotels near the beach, so it won't take a long time to arrive at the beach.
